Where is pick up?
We are in Melbourne’s west, point cook is the pick up location.
What is the cost for pick up?
It various upon your location, pick up point cook is at no additional cost. 
Can I set up items on my own? 
You can! You need to bare in mind, do you have the space in your vehicle to transport and can you do this without damaging the hire items. Damage results in loss of bond. 
What time is collection and drop off? 
We arrange this with you personally, as all bookings are tailored individually. 
Does the hire need to be cleaned before returned? 
Yes, all hire needs to be returned in the state it was given to you. 
Is there a minimum hire fee? 
No there is no minimum. All balloons & hire is tailored to your booking and outlined on an invoice. 
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes you can. If you decide to cancel, please refer to your terms and conditions on your invoice. 
Is there any cost involved to pick up?
It varies upon your location, pick up from our location in point cook is at no additional cost. Late night pick ups after 10pm incur a surcharge. 
 
Can you style my event?
Yes we can. Styling is an additional fee added to your booking. We may require additional staff, depending on your requirements.
Can you source other items for me that are not available on your website? 
Yes we can! This is where we can offer you reliable and cost effective suppliers. As well as help you every step of the way to ensure all the details align from invitations to the special occasion! 
Can I adjust my custom designs? Personalised Balloons, Backdrops & Signage? 
Custom designs go through our creative designer.
It’s a simple 4 stage process:
1. Design: Our creative team design your request based on your brief given, please ensure your brief is clear so we can bring your vision to life. 
2. Approval: You approve the design, checking spelling before going to print.
3. Printing: Our team will consult with the designer and request the design goes to print.
4. Application: it is applied to a balloon, backdrop or sign. 
We will consult the designer, and advise you of the costs involved regarding your adjustment.
